Primary Goals

The primary goals of the program are:
  1. To collect a body of data on thermophysical properties ( viscosity, thermal conductivity, heat capacity, density, phase equilibria and other properties) and to make it conveniently available to members.
  2. To measure thermophysical data of importance in industrial process design.
  3. To create a reliable and up-to-date data bank of thermophysical properties.
  4. To develop correlations for use by design and process engineers.
