Some websites, e.g. Yahoo!, use the gif format to present graphics. However, some versions of word processors are unable to directly import gif's. This tutorial addresses this problem.
    PC
    1. Right click on the chart and choose "Save this image as."
    2. Make sure the file name ends with ".gif" (add this if necessary) and note the location where you are saving the file.
    3. Open the file with a graphic file conversion tool. Some free ones include:
    4. In the graphic file conversion tool, go to the file menu and do a save as and choose .jpg or .bmp as the file type(.jpg files have a smaller file size). You can now import the graphic into your word processor file.
    5. Or in the graphic file conversion tool go to the edit menu and choose select all and then go to edit and choose copy. You can now go to your word file and paste the graphic.

    Mac
    1. Click and hold on the image.
    2. Choose "copy this images."
    3. You can now go to your word file and paste the graphic.
